Before a care location can receive our placements and become our partner, they must first agree to our partner contract in order to verify that they can provide reliable and consistent care services while abiding by the utmost ethical standards. By doing this, we ensure that all placement referrals made by Guiding Hand go to established care providers dedicated to providing the highest quality of senior care for our clients.

What about referrals?
Guiding Hand welcomes referrals for our free placement services from all sources. Whether you are a care provider, existing senior facility, case worker, or simply a close relation, we gladly accept all referrals to potential clients. Please reach out below by filling out the corresponding referral form and we will be in touch.
How does the referral process work?
After we receive a referral, we will contact the potential client and work with them to find the best senior care options for their particular situation. Once the client finalizes their choice of care, we work directly with the location staff to coordinate and expedite their move-in at zero cost.
